AUGUSTA, Ga. -Funeral Services for Mrs. Luise Johanna Oelke, 84, of Stewart Ave, Augusta, GA, who died April 22, 2006, will be conducted Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock from the Stephen D. Posey Funeral Home. Bishop Calvin Smith speaker. Interment in Sunset Memory Gardens. Mrs. Oelke was a native of Hamburg, West Germany, having made Augusta her home for the past 58 years. She was the wife of the late Mr. Wilbur Howard Oelke. Mrs. Oelke was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a former member of the German Friendship Club. She was very loved by her family and close friends and will never be forgotten. Mrs. Oelke is survived by a brother-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Rod Soukup; several nieces and nephews and close friends, Bruce and Joan Poole, Brock Poole, Helga Woodruff, Rudy and Louise Schoulebem, Denise and Mitch Lord, Bob Miller and Mike and Leslie Egan. Pallbearers will be Curtis Fletcher, Sam Smith, Steve Hebert and Brock Poole. The family will receive friends this Tuesday evening from 6 to 8. Stephen D.
