AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest on Monday, April 10, 2006 at Doctor's Hospital, Mr. Hildred D. Taylor, beloved husband of Doris Story Taylor of Augusta. Mr. Taylor was born in Moorehead City, NC. He served his country during WWII in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Taylor was retired in 1985 from E.I. DuPont/SRP where he worked as a welder. He was a member of The George Walton Lodge #699 Free and Accepted Mason and Pierce Memorial United Methodist Church. Additional survivors include his daughters, Beth Taylor Fasnacht and her husband, Rick of Cummings, GA and Carol Taylor Dial and her husband, Steve of Watkinsville, GA; sons, Marshall Taylor and his wife, Ann of Evans, GA and Richard Taylor of Augusta; grandchildren, Ben Taylor, Marsha Taylor, Matthew Fasnacht , Nathaniel Fasnacht, Christopher Dial, Arrington Dial and Ashleigh Dial; sister, Joyce Largeteau of Vero Beach, FL. Funeral services will be today, Wednesday, April 12, 2006, 2 P.M.,at Dunn's Chapel Methodist Church, Ridge Rd., Appling, GA, with Dr. Jim Whitlow officiating. Interment will follow in the Dunn's Chapel Cemetery.
