AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Lucille H. Reeves, age 76, entered into rest Sunday, March 5, 2006 at Forest Lake Nursing Home. Mrs. Reeves was the wife of the late George A. Reeves, Sr. and the daughter of the late Richard Holmes and Eva Paige Holmes. She was born in Soperton, GA and had resided in the Augusta area for the last 55 years. Mrs. Reeves was a member of Southgate Baptist Church and was a retired manicurist. Graveside services will be at 3:30 p. m. Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Reverend Marion Jay officiating. Pallbearers are Greg Howard, Curtis Annis, Travis Masters, Justin Watkins, Joey Watkins, and Josh Watkins. Family members include two sons, Bobby G. Masters and his wife, Susan, of Evans, Billy R. Masters and his wife, Darlene, of Augusta; one daughter, Deborah Eve Masters of Augusta; one brother, Richard H. Holmes of Augusta; two sisters, Ruby H. Sparks of Augusta, and Virginia H. Tanner of Augusta; grandchildren are Rhonda Watkins, Jamie Howard, William Masters, Melissa Rodgers, Brandon Masters, Brittany Annis, and Travis Masters, seven great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
