'I DO'

It didn't take anything fancy or outlandish for Maima Moore to fall for Kedric Dixon.

"It was the little things he was doing," she said. "All those little things. He was a real gentleman."

Before meeting again in March 2005, the two had never really given each other more than friendly greetings. Then his cousin introduced them, and things got rolling toward a bliss that Mrs. Dixon said she never saw coming - even though Mr. Dixon predicted it.

"I wasn't even thinking about it," she said. "He was saying when he met me that he was going to marry me, that I was going to be his wife. I wasn't paying him any attention."

The couple exchanged vows Saturday at Sacred Heart Cultural Center in Augusta.

See AugustaBrides.com for their wedding announcement.
