In a repeat airing of one of the best episodes of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, a 9-year-old girl calls Detective Benson for help and claims to have been held hostage in a strange room for four days. It could be a prank - or not. The show airs at 10 on NBC (WAGT, Channel 26).

ABC tells 'emily' why it's over

One minute, Heather Graham was the face of ABC. The next minute, she was gone.

Her comedy series emily's reasons why not was promoted relentlessly by the network as the linchpin of its post-football Monday night schedule, but was given only one airing before being yanked earlier this month.

ABC committed to the big promotional campaign before even seeing a script for the show, said ABC entertainment President Stephen McPherson on Saturday. The series turned out to be a dog creatively, he indicated.
