Richmond County sheriff's deputies arrested the second suspect wanted in a December home invasion at Sun Creek Apartments.
John Lee "Beezo" Scarboro, 19, was arrested at 3:37 a.m. Friday in the 1800 block of Fayetteville Drive, jail records state.
He was arrested at a different apartment building in the same complex where the robbery took place.
Mr. Scarboro's listed address is on Cook Road, near the crime scene, but he might have stayed at the complex temporarily at the time of his arrest, officials said.
Along with Kantrell Ivey, 17, Mr. Scarboro is charged with kidnapping, armed robbery, burglary and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Mr. Ivey was arrested before Christmas.
A police report states that the home invasion occurred at 12:45 a.m. Dec. 13. Rickie Brewer, 21, and his girlfriend, Oliesha Parks, 25, said two people knocked on the door.
When Mr. Brewer opened the door, two men forced their way inside, demanded money and ransacked their residence.
Mr. Brewer said that the men forced him and Ms. Parks into the rear bedroom and that one of them struck him in the head with a revolver.
Some of the couple's property was recovered after Mr. Ivey's arrest.
The property taken included a computer, a PlayStation video game system, a cell phone and $500, reports said.
