What makes him special: "Little Chris is a special boy because he had a stroke at 2 years old and he pulled through all that, and he is still just as happy as any other kid his age could be. He loves to play and ride his four-wheeler bike and play fight with all the other kids. As a mom, I am very proud to have him as my son. He is a great joy to my life," his mother said.
