GRANITEVILLE, S.C. - Mrs. Mary E. Jennings, of 12 Old Graniteville Rd., entered into rest on Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at her residence, after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2005, at 1:00 p.m., from the Bland Baptist Church, Johnston, with the Reverends Jimmy L. Coe and Limuer Myers officiating. She was a native of Edgefield County. Later in life, Mrs. Jennings moved to Hempstead, N.Y. After spending many years in the New York area, she decided to return to Graniteville Survivors are two brothers, Willie (Eunie) Jennings, Hephzibah and Albert Jennings, Graniteville; two sisters, Mrs. Ora Bell Jennings, Graniteville and Mrs. Viola Williams, North Augusta; devoted, loving and caring nieces, Ms. Kisha M. Sneed of the home, Ms. Beverly A. Hall, Atlanta and niece/goddaughter, Ms. Deborah Williams, Alexandria, Va.; nephews, Keno (Van) Smiley, Graniteville and Damien (Angel) Smiley, Woodbridge, Va.; brother- in-law, Gratice Brown, Baltimore; sister-in-law, Mrs. Jean Jennings, Graniteville; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Family and friends may call at the funeral home today, Friday, December 2, 2005 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. , or at the residence.
