Food and mystery

The Fort Gordon Dinner Theatre will present Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None tonight and Friday in Building 32100, Third Avenue, Fort Gordon. Doors open at 6:45 p.m., dinner begins at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m. The buffet menu includes roasted pork loin with spiced apples, mesquite baked chicken and marinated bourbon flank steak. 'Nutcracker' ballet

The Augusta Ballet will perform The Nutcracker at 7 tonight and Friday and 1 and 5 p.m. Saturday-Sunday at the Imperial Theatre, 745 Broad St. Tickets range from $17 to $40. Call 722-8341.

Miracle tour

Miracle Baptist Church will present A Miracle in Bethlehem, an outdoor walk-through tour from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the church, 1308 Hephzibah-McBean Road,. The 16 scenes re-create the birth of Jesus Christ. Hot chocolate and snacks will be available at the end of the tour. The event is free. For more information, call the church at 592-5129.

Quartet to play

The Harry Jacobs Chamber Music Society will present the Fine Arts Quartet at 8 p.m. Friday at Grover C. Maxwell Performing Arts Theatre, Augusta State University, 2500 Walton Way. Toy presentation

Fort Discovery will hold The Science of Toys, a presentation on how simple toys work, from 11 am. and 1 p.m. Saturday in the Knox Gallery, 1 Seventh St. The event is free with paid general admission - $8 for adults and $6 for seniors, active military and children ages 4-17 - and children 3 and younger get in free. Doll exhibit

See handmade, porcelain, ethnic and Barbie dolls throughout the month at the doll exhibit at the Lucy C.
