AUGUSTA, Ga. - Kathleen "Bullet" Mobley Baurle, 81, died on Thursday, November 24, 2005 at her residence. Mrs. Baurle was born April 19, 1924 to the late Henry Grady and Agnes Bulloch Mobley. Born in Burke County, she has spent most of her adult life in Richmond County where she was co-owner of the Lock and Dam Bait and Tackle Shop. She was known to many of her friends as "Bullet". She was the world's greatest mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, always jovial and happy. Mrs. Baurle was a Past President of the American Legion Ladies Auxillary Post 63 and member of the Pine Hill Baptist Church, Augusta. Mrs. Baurle was preceded in death by a son, Carlton "B.B." Baurle. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Robert "Bob" Baurle; son, Robert G. Baurle (Theresa) of Newton, Mass.; daughters, Nancy B. Lovett (Eddie) of Clarks Hill, Elizabeth "Snookie" Baurle of Augusta; sister-in-law, Frances Kendrick of Hephzibah; six grandchildren, DeDe Scholfield, Carey Jewett, Brett Baurle, Travis Lovett, Brandy Lovett and Adam Lovett; nine great-grandchildren, Brianna Cupcake Lovett, Logan, Asa, Ana, Jake, Ryan, Brett, Brandon and Brittany. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 28, 2005 from the Chapel of DeLoach-Kennedy Funeral Home, Hephzibah, with Rev. M.M. Weaver officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers being asked to serve are Richmond County Sheriff Deputies, Phillips, Perry, Miller, Gregory, Gavin and Plueger.
