AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Barry William Foskey, 56, with a smile upon his face, arrived in heaven to meet his Savior, Jesus Christ, early on the morning of November 21, 2005. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2005 at 1:00 PM at the Bible Chapel on Randall Road with the Rev. Lee Lohre officiating. Burial will be December 1, 2005 at the Delaware Veteran's Cemetery in Millsboro, Delaware. Mr. Foskey was born in Lewes, Delaware. He served four years of duty in the United States Navy, and then served in the Naval Reserves until retiring in 1999. He attended Bob Jones University, graduating in 1975 with a degree in Bible Studies, and then joined with Lee Lohre in Augusta to help with the Christian Servicemen's Center on Broad Street. The Augusta Chronicle since 1985. He retired in 2003 and used his spare time to bring Bible studies to the inmates of area correctional institutions. He attended the Bible Chapel where he was active as a teacher, preacher, and Elder until his homegoing. Mr. Foskey was the son of Calvin and Lorene Foskey and grandson of Mrs. Della Jackson who reside in Delaware. He is also survived by his wife of 30 years, Ann Foskey; a daughter, Theresa Foskey, who attends university in Greenville, S.C.; two sisters, Beverly Robb, and Carolyn Willin, and her husband, John Willin; a brother in law, Edmund Humphrey, and an aunt, Mrs. Jeanette Tull. Pallbearers will be Jacob Jackson, Jack Mort, Jerry Rugg, Willie Walker, Joe Wright, and Jim Bonar. If so desired, memorials may be made to the Christian Servicemen's Center, P.O.
