AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Monday, November 7, 2005 at University Hospital. Mr. Floyd Morris, Jr. of Bolton Street. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 11, 2005 at 12:00 noon from Antioch Baptist Church with Reverend John A. Lockhart officiating. Interment will be in Mount Olive Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening, Thursday, November 10, 205 at 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Fellowship Baptist Church, 1655 Meadow Street, Augusta, GA 30901. He was a dedicated member of Fellowship Baptist Church and was founder and president of the Flying Eagles Motor Cycle Club of Augusta. Mr. Morris retired from Mobile Home repair. Survivors are his wife, Miriam Hernandez Morris; three sons, Baron (Anita) Morris, Floyd A. Morris, III, and Rhusha (Brenda) Mack; one daughter, Anita (David) Hall; one adopted son and great grandson, Deairish F. Morris; one sister, Idella (Robert) Turner; four brothers, Eugene (Katie) Morris, Robert (Rosetta) Morris, William Morris and James Morris; two sisters- in-law, Juanita (Waudell) Hinton and Helen Dent; three brothers- in-law, John Hernandez, Gilbert Hernandez and Robert (Michelle) Hernandez; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one aunt, Mattie Kemp, Beech Island, S.C.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
