NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Mrs. Betty Barron, 76, of Nashville, entered into rest Saturday, October 1, 2005 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Barron was born December 27, 1928 in Gary, Ind. She was joined in marriage to William Lawrence "Bill" Barron, Jr. on May 18, 1954. She served in the U.S. Navy for four years and served in the Korean Conflict. She was a registered nurse and worked at Nobles Hospital/Clinic and the Henry Co. Gen. Hospital and was a member of First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Rita (Phil) Brady of Nashville, Tenn.; son Mark (Debby) Barron of Augusta; brother, Edwin Krintz of Littlestown, Pa.; two grandchildren, Sarah Brady and Leah Brady, both of Nashville, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Lawrence "Bill" Barron, Jr., on July 11, 1993; sister, Louise Fathauer; and parents, Louie and Clara Moore Krintz.
