MARTINEZ, Ga. - Lorraine Nagy, wife of 50 years to Bill Nagy, went to be with her Lord on September 21, 2005. Lorraine was born in Taftville, Conn. on September 23, 1035. She married Bill Nagy on October 18, 1955. As a U.S. Army family, they spent their lives serving their country and raising a family of five children in all parts of the world. Bill and Lorraine finally settled down in Martinez in 1975, where they have lived since. Lorraine is survived by her husband, Bill; her brother, Ernest Colburn of Norwich, Conn.; five children and their spoused, Bill and Lynn Nagy of Harlem, Ernie and Jayne Nagy of N.C., Glen and Miri Nagy of Korea, Dennis and Sissy Nagy of Harlem, and Gail and Wayne Fulbright of Thomson. She also leaves 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by five sisters, Trudy Koronkiewicz, Rosemay Lambert, Marguerite Scalaro, Noel Franz, and Lucille McMahon. Friends are welcome to attend the 7:30 p.m. memorial services to be held at Washington Bible Chapel in Washington, Ga. on October 6, 2005. May she rest in peace.
