MARTINEZ, Ga. - Mrs. Susan S. Harden, age 40, beloved wife of Mr. William J. Harden of Martinez, entered into rest Monday, September 19, 2005. Mrs. Harden is the daughter of Mrs. Chen Su Miller and the late Mr. Robert Eric Schueler. She was born in Tiapei, Taiwan but had lived in the Augusta area for over 38 years. Mrs. Harden had worked for Geico Insurance as the office manager and was a Lutheran. She had graduated from Hephzibah High School in 1982. Mrs. Harden had a deep love for her entire family and also loved arts and crafts, trips to the mountains and especially sunrise at the beach. She was a kind and sweet wife, mother and aunt. She will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 22, 2005 from the Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Rd., with Rev. Larry Bullard officiating. Interment services will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers are James W. Crouch, Marshall Brickey, Craig Sowinski, Brent Yaun, Donnie Lindbergh and Jimmy Harden. Additional survivors include two sons, Bryan Eric Richardson and Joseph Brantley Harden; and two sisters, Sandra Brickey (Marshall) of Evans and Sally Crouch (James) of Hephzibah; three nieces, Sheena Branson and Ashley Crews, and Taylor Goodin; three nephews, Zac Crews, Christian Crews, and Eric Brickey; one great-niece and one great-nephew. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with the funeral bill.
