I am truly sorry that George W. Bush has the power to make a hurricane, and am sorry that he has the power to make it hit just where he wants it to. With that kind of power he should have overridden the governor of Louisiana, which would have been stepping on states' rights, but who cares? Just because the governor, and I might add the mayor of New Orleans, did not have the foresight to stop Bush from making this hurricane and not letting it hit New Orleans, who cares?
Bush is a terrible guy because he knew these people, who are running around with their hands out wanting something for nothing, would sit on their sorry butts and not help themselves, even when they were warned by the Bush administration days before to evacuate, because Bush was going to make a hurricane and have it hit New Orleans. These people would rather stay so they could loot, rape, steal and, in general, cause mayhem, while other people from outside the area are trying to help them. These people are volunteers. Why don't the citizens try to help themselves?
Also, Bush convinced the Clinton administration not to take Osama bin Laden on a silver platter, when Clinton could have, so that we could have this war. He also asked previous Democratic administrations not to build refineries to please all the liberal tree-huggers so we would have a fuel shortage.
