- City of North Augusta Recycling Center, 101 Clay Pit Road, North Augusta, takes newspapers, cardboard, plastic soft-drink bottles and jugs, glass, aluminum, steel and tin cans.

- Augusta-North Augusta Regional Material Recovery Facility, 101 Clay Pit Road, North Augusta, 441-4242; 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, takes cardboard, newspapers, magazines, No. 1 plastic (drink bottles), natural No. 2 plastic (drink bottles and milk jugs), steel and aluminum food and beverage containers and glass containers.
