NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mr. Marion Williams, 82, entered into rest August 24, 2005 at Jennings Health Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 30, 2005 at First Providence Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Alex Pope, Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Walker Memorial Park. Mr. Williams, a native of Aiken County, was a member of First Providence Baptist Church. He retired from the Town Tavern Restaurant as a bartender. Survivors include a sister, Dorothy (Martin) Marshall; a brother, Minister McDonald (Thelma) Williams; a loving and devoted niece, Carolyn (Rallie) Gibbs; a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the residence of Carolyn (Rallie) Gibbs, 205 Euclid Ave., North Augusta or after 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. G.L.
