EVANS, Ga. - Funeral services for Donald W. Wiley, age 77, will be held at 2:30 p.m., August 20, 2005 at the Sycamore Baptist Church, Sycamore. Mr. Wiley died Wednesday at his residence. Mr. Wiley was the son of the late Dewey Ernest and Myrtle A. Wood Wiley. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Old Stone United Methodist Church in Key West, Fla. He was a retired Civil Service Management Analyst. He loved square dancing and called square dances all over the world in his travels. Survivors include his wife, Marguerite E. Wiley; his children, Jed V. Sawyer, Cynthia L. Jennings, Kevin L. Wiley, and Donna M. Griffin, Dawson; three brothers, Charles W. Wiley, Rev. Jim Wiley, and Gene Wiley; and six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, Wallace Wiley. Perry Funeral Home, Ashburn, in charge of arrangements.
