AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. James F. Burton of Old Louisville Rd., departed this life on Sunday, August 14, 2005 at his residence. Mr. Burton was a member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church. He is survived by four sons, Mr. James W. Burton and Mr. Council L. Burton, both of California, Mr. Cardell P. Burton, Augusta and Mr. Bernard A. Burton of Atlanta, GA; three brothers, Mr. William H. Washington, Mr. Charlie M. Burton and Mr. Norman Burton, all of Augusta; two sisters, Ms. Lucy L. Jordan, Augusta and Mrs. Elizabeth B. Griffin of Hephzibah; 19 grandchildren, all of California. Funeral arrangements to be announced later.
