GreenJackets fall, walk in winning run

In Charleston, S.C., a day after holding Charleston to a single hit, walks did in the GreenJackets in extra innings. Augusta gave up four free passes in the 10th inning to lose 5-4 to the RiverDogs.

Orsiris Matos started for the GreenJackets (35-26), giving up four runs, eight hits and no walks in 5w innings.

Brian Stirm (3-2) allowed three walks and took the loss for Augusta, which had only five total walks on the day.

Marcus Sanders had two hits to lead the GreenJackets, who now trail the RiverDogs by 5 games.
