COLUMBIA, S.C. - Clemson has made the NCAA baseball tournament.
The Tigers will host one of 16 regionals next weekend for the NCAA baseball tournament. It's the 10th time Clemson has hosted the first round of the NCAA tournament.
The hosting duties come with an at-large bid to the tournament for the Tigers, who finished (39-21) after getting bounced from the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament by Virginia on Saturday.
Three other ACC teams are hosting regionals: Florida State, Georgia Tech and Miami.
The full 64-team field for the NCAA tournament will be announced at 11:30 a.m. Monday on ESPN.
Furman and Winthrop have automatic bids after winning their conference championships this week. Other South Carolina teams that could play in the postseason include Coastal Carolina, College of Charleston and South Carolina.
