Mrs. Fannie Walker (WAYNESBORO, Ga.)



WAYNESBORO, Ga. - Fannie M. Walker was born October 5, 1936, in Burke County, to the late Clara B. Wimberly and John Crumbley. She was united in Holy Matrimony, in 1955, to the late Joe Walker, Sr. She was an employee of Keller Aluminum Furniture until retiring in 1995. She is survived by five daughters, Melvenia Walker, Janeth W. Foreman, Regenia W. Holmes, Lilia M. Walker, and Christine Crumbley, all of Waynesboro; four sons, Bernard Walker (Cardetta), Jimmy L. Crumbley, Joe Walker, Jr., all of Waynesboro, and Aaron Williams of Wrightsville; one brother, Neely Crumbley of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; step-mother, Margie Crumbley of St. Petersburg, Fla.; 30 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; four nieces; and two nephews. The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Thomas Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Edward Blueford, Jr., officiating. Interment will be in Pines Cemetery.
