AIKEN, S.C. - Mr. David Blocker, 33, of 155 Weaver Street, entered into rest April 29, 2005. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, May 7, 2005 at Union Baptist Church Aiken with Rev. Amos Harling officiating. Interment will be in Old Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include his mother, Rev. Maggie Blocker; three brothers, Jesse James Blocker, Jr., Christopher Blocker, both of Aiken and Julius O. Blocker, Trenton, SC; maternal grandmother, Willie L. Tyson, Aiken; paternal grandfather, Roosevelt Council, Aiken; three aunts, two uncles and a host of other relatives.
