AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest at Doctor's Hospital on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 Mrs. Katherine Watson Anderson ,78, wife of the late Ervin Gordon Anderson. Mrs. Anderson was born in Augusta and lived here all of her life. She was a member of Glenn Hills Baptist Church where she was very active and she was also a co-owner of Anderson Floor Sanding Co. Survivors include her daughters: Linda Pond of Augusta and Joyce Shuman and her husband Bobby of Grovetown, GA, son: Ronnie Dawson and his wife Elizabeth of Hephzibah, GA, grandchildren: Jennifer Shuman, Katlyn Dawson and Shelby Dawson and one sister: Fannie Mae Money and her husband L.T. of Pensacola, FL. Funeral services will be today, Friday, March 18, 2005, 3:00 P.M., at Glenn Hills Baptist Church with Rev. Marion Jay and Rev. Jim Johnson officiating. Pallbearers will be Wayne Anderson, Bryan Adams, Alvin Anderson, Adam Anderson, Ken Bowman, George Reckentine and Clyde Bowie. Honorary pallb earers will be Rev. Robert Boyd and Dr. O. Lee Gray, Jr. Mrs. Anderson will lie in state beginning at 2:00 P.M. at the church. Interment will be in West View Cemetery.
