AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest March 1, 2005, at St. Joseph Hospital. Crawford O' Bryant Sr., affectionately known as "Pop" retired from the Medical College of Georgia after 20 years of service. He was an active member of Elim Baptist Church since 1960. Crawford volunteered as a Scout Master for Troop 506 for several years. He was also an avid CB operator and was dubbed "The Mole" by his colleagues. Crawford had a passion for music that he loved to share with family and friends. Surviving are his beloved wife, Norma O'Bryant; one son Karl O'Bryant (Bessie); and three daughters, Vicki Williams (Johnnie), Judith Burns ( Jimmy) and Karen Motley (Benjamin), seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his oldest son Crawford "Teddy" O' Bryant Jr. The Historic Dent's Funeral Home Serving the CSRA Since the 1800s.
