MARTINEZ, Ga. - Entered into rest February 28, 2005 at her residence, Mrs. Betty W. Adams, 73, beloved wife of the late Mr. William H. Adams. Funeral services will be held March 4, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. in the Thomas L. King Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby E. Coleman officiating. Interment at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Adams was born in St. Clair Co. Ala. Mrs. Adams was a member of the WIBC Senior Bowling League and the "Four Sisters" Bowling Team. She was a gentle, kind, loving, giving and an overall amazing woman. Cherished and adored by everyone who knew her. Nana, thank you for sharing your life with us. We love you always. Mrs. Adams was preceded in death her parents, Robert B. Weldon and Willissa Otto Weldon and a son, Jimmy Adams. Survivors include a son, Johnny Adams, Martinez; four daughters, Jerrie Johnson, Tampa, Fla., Judy Usry and Joan Clabey of Martinez, Jan Adams, Clearwater, SC; two sisters, Lillian White, Mulg a, Ala. and Anna Neugent, Pell City, Ala., 16 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Dennis R. Clark, William J. Clark, Michael W. Rowe, Jonathan Powell, William H. Adams, III, James Edward Adams, Matthew Bell, Steven Clabey, Carl Adams and Nicholas Bell.
