Mrs. Lois Bates (JACKSON, S.C.)

JACKSON, S.C. - Graveside Services for Mrs. Lois Bates, 87, of Highland Circle, Jackson, SC, who died February 9, 2005, will be conducted Saturday morning at 11 o'clock in the Jackson Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Mark Riser officiating. Mrs. Bates was a native of Macon, Georgia, having made Jackson her home for the past 20 years. She was a Baptist and wife of the late Mr. Otis J. Hall and the late Mr. Thomas Bates. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Catherine Hall Brown, Jackson, SC; five grandchildren, Mary Swan, Daniel Brown, Julie Brown, Lynne Bellamy Millican and Gary Brown; seven great grandchildren; five great- great grandchildren; one niece, Frances Roberson Jones and one nephew, William "Billy" Roberson.
