ON THE MENU: Comfort food on a buffet, with emphasis on Southern cooking; menu changes daily, but includes fried chicken, chicken tenders, fried fish, hamburger steak and gravy, barbecue, meatballs, chicken and dumplings, roast beef, turkey and dressing, and ham hocks; vegetables include sweet potato souffle, stewed tomatoes, pinto beans, rice, mashed potatoes, rutabagas, squash casserole, cabbage and greens.
