Mrs. Juanita Newberry (EVANS, Ga.)



EVANS, Ga. - Went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 2, 2005, at Doctor's Hospital, Mrs. Juanita Wall Bishop Newberry, 70, a native of Richmond County. Mrs. Newberry was the first female manager of the Munford Home Do It Yourself Stores, Owner of Bishop Tile Company, Owner of Lynne-Anne Stables that was located in Evans and a member of Parkway Baptist Church. She loved her horses, her dogs and was known for her generosity. Family members include her daughters, Lois B. Regan and husband, John P. Regan, Jr. of Evans, Lesia L. Bishop of Martinez; a sister, Sara W. Bell of Evans; sister in law, Patsy H. Wall, wife of the late Joseph B. Wall, of Martinez; grandchildren, John Paul Regan III, Laura Regan Bogue and husband, Nick, Kristopher Bishop, Daniel Regan; stepson, Kenneth Bishop of Greenville and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husbands, Bruce B. Bishop and Odis E. Newberry. Fu neral services will be held Friday, February 4, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son with Rev. Jeff Harris officiating. Pallbearers will be James N. Regan, Michael J. Regan, Patrick A. Regan, Timothy S. Regan, Greg K. Johnson, Lee Eddie and Steven Wall. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
