Mr. and Mrs. Theo’ Ottis and Donecia Sullivan of Augusta, are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Nyhier Celentos, born December 9, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital in Augusta.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John and Frances Perrin, Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Roy and Patricia Sullivan, all of Martinez.
