AUGUSTA, Ga. - Jovan "Pop" Grubisa entered into rest on Tuesday December 7, 2004 at Doctors Hospital after an extended illness. Mr. Grubisa was born in Suvia Petro Vac, Yugoslavia to Juro and Anna Grubisa. After World War II and a long journey to the USA he worked for 33 years as an envelope press operator for Buffalo Envelope Company. He relocated to Augusta, Ga. in 1994 after his retirement. Throughout his life he touched many hearts with his stories and his genuine love for all who touched his heart, especially children. He leaves to cherish his memory three sons, Don Grubisa and his wife, Nancy of Oklahoma City, OK., George Grubisa and his wife, Cindy of West Palm Beach, Fla., Nick Grubisa and his wife, Sandra of Augusta, Ga.; one daughter, Lala Grubisa Mazur and her husband, Greg of Virginia Beach, Va.; the children's mother, Raisa Grubisa and their eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Fune ral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 11, 2004 at Poteet Funeral Home South Chapel with Father Michael Monos officiating. Pallbearers will be Paul Coffman, Marty Sullivan, Bob Polewski, Steve Rollins, Randy Peters, and Steve Cameron. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, December 10, 2004 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. If so desired, memorials may be made to the Joseph M.
