All we have to do is implant global positioning system locators in all personnel that work in hazardous areas of Iraq. Then, if terrorists abduct them, the Army would have no problem locating and rescuing these people.
I have sent this idea to the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security and numerous members of our national government, where I hoped someone would take the ball and run with it. I did it secretly, since we would have a distinct advantage if the terrorists didn't know these existed. But no one will listen, and the beheadings continue.
So now, I thought we could expose the idea to public scrutiny, and hopefully generate enough interest to get this done. If everyone reading this will pass it on, and if the press gets wind of a possible solution and publicizes it, maybe we can get the powers that be to wake up and do this.
