NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C.- Entered into rest on September 17, 2004, at the University Hospital, Mr. Pierce Cook of Liberty Hill Road, North Augusta. Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, September 24, 2004 at 1 p.m. from Dent's Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Paul Cofer officiating. Funeral procession will leave from 134 Libert Hill Road at 12:15 p.m. Burial will be in Old Storm Branch Church Cemetery, North Augusta, S.C. He is survived by three sons, Mr. Pierce (Rosa) Cook and Mr. Louis Cook, North Augusta, S.C., Mr. Walter (Ann) Cook, Bainbridge, Ga.; two daughters, Ms. Denice Miles, North Augusta, S.C. and Mrs. Julia Cook, Beech Island, S.C.; two brothers, Mr. Nathaniel Johnson, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and Mr. Paul (Sherrie) Cofer, Philadelphia, Pa.; one uncle, Mr. Frank (Margie) Childs, Augusta, G.A.; three sisters- in-law, one brother-in-law, 13 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relative and friends . The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. tonight at The Chapel of Dent's Funeral Home. The Historic Dent's Undertaking Establishment Serving the CSRA Since the 1800's.
