Mrs. Bounnhang Mingmuang (AUGUSTA, Ga.)



AUGUSTA, Ga.- Mrs. Bounnhang Mingmuang, beloved wife of the late Outhai Mingmuang entered into rest Wednesday, September 8, 2004 at University Hospital. Memorial services will be held at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Columbia Road Chapel, Saturday, September 11, 2004 at 4 p.m. Born in Oubonratsatannee, Thailand, Mrs. Mingmuang was an active member in a local Buddhist Temple at Wat Santhidham on 3917 Old Waynesboro Road in Augusta, Ga. She dedicated herself to Buddha and helped those who were in need, even strangers. She was a loving mother to all of her children, a loving grandmother to all of her grandchildren and a loving great-grandmother to all of her great-grandchildren. She was a kind lady, a caring person and the sweetest individual you could ever meet. We were so lucky to have her in our lives and she will definitely be missed. However, she is now in a safe place and may Buddha be with her. With the strength of love she gave us, we will go on to live and try to do exactly what she did for her children, grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Mr. Lou Gou Min, Canton, China, Mr. Praseuth Mingmuang, Augusta, Mrs. Vilay Silarek, Augusta, Mrs. Pissamay Huangpangna, Hephzibah, Mr. Vira Mingmuong, Strasbourg, France, Mr. Virath Mingmuong, Quebec, Canada and Mr. Bounleuth Mingmuang, Las Vegas, Nevada.; brother, Mr. Sootchai Mingmuang and one sister, Miss Lath Mingmuang. She is also survived by her twenty-five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Outhai Lou and their children, Mr. Gou Hou Mingmuang and Ms. Ah Houy Mingmuang, father, Mr. Tongdee Minghmuang and mother, Munh Mingmuang; brother Mr. Leune Mingmuang and two sisters, Mrs. Yeun Mingmuang and Mrs. Tue Mingmuang.
