WHAT'S THERE: Seafood, sandwiches and serious snacks

THE ATMOSPHERE: Like a raucous barbecue inside a very large, well-stocked garage.

SIGNATURE DISH: Fried-shrimp basket with fries, $7.79

ON THE MENU: Fried oyster fantasy, a dozen oysters, lightly floured, fried and served with french fries, coleslaw and a toasted roll, $13.25; Rhinehart's 37X, hot and spicy fried shrimp served with "cool and frisky Yee-Haw Ranch Sauce" and "sweet and tangy Cha-cha-Tango Sauce," $7.69 for seven, $11.97 for a dozen; jambalaya, boiled shrimp, sausage, onions and peppers combined with Cajun stewed tomatoes and poured over a hot bed of rice, $9.25; Frank's Special, a butterflied chicken breast grilled and smothered with onions, mushrooms, peppers and cheese, served with a side salad and a toasted roll, $6.59
