Mr. Jack A. Caldwell (NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C.)

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C.- Graveside services for Mr. Jack A. Caldwell, 87, of 305 Border Drive, North Augusta, S.C., who died July 15, 2004, will be conducted this Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m., in the Pineview Memorial Gardens with Military Honors and the Rev. Alvin Williams officiating. Mr. Caldwell was a native of Cranberry, N.C., having made North Augusta his home for the past 50 years. He attended Elk Park Christian Church and was a retired Regional Manager with Trailways Bus Company. A U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II, Mr. Caldwell served in the Conservation Corp. He was the father of the late Charlie Caldwell and brother of the late Dorothy Moody and the late Bob Harmon. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Pauline Lowe Caldwell; a daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Dr. James Yarbrough, Laurens, S.C.; two brothers, Paul Harmon, Jonesboro, Tenn., and Billy Joe Harmon, Burnsville, N.C.; three sisters, Christine McCrary, Washington, Mo., Peggy Williams, Orange Park, Fla., and Theresa Coleman, Knoxville, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Jamie Yarbrough, Greenville, S.C., John (Brooke) Yarbrough and Mary Beth (Price) Kennedy, all of Laurens, S.C. Pallbearers will be Price Kennedy, James Yarbrough, John Yarbrough and Randy Lamb. The family will receive friends at the residence. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Stephen D.
