Augustans living in District 3 are fortunate to have Barbara Sims representing them on the city commission. We, as citizens, are also blessed that she is running for that position, to which she was appointed in January, on Tuesday.
Barbara is intelligent, energetic and has a lot of love for Augusta. I know she will emerge as a strong leader and visionary for our community. I support Barbara and am appreciative of her sacrifice to make Augusta the place it can be.
