Mrs. Miriam Robinson (AUGUSTA, Ga.)



AUGUSTA, Ga.- Funeral services for Mrs. Miriam C. Robinson, 92, of St. John Towers, Augusta, Georgia, who died July 7, 2004, will be conducted Saturday morning at 11 a.m. from the St. John United Methodist Church. Rev. Renea Slater officiating. Interment in Pineview Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Robinson was a native of Waycross, Georgia, having made North Augusta and Augusta her home for the past 32 years. She was a member of the St. John United Methodist Church, a retired School Teacher and active in the St. John Towers' activities. Mrs. Robinson was a loving mother, grandmother and wife of the late Mr. Edward A. Robinson. Survivors include two sons, Edward A. Robinson, Jr., Visalia, Calif. and Thomas C. Robinson, Avon Lake, Ohio; a daughter, Nancy Trahan, North Augusta; a brother, Milton Carlton, St. Simons, Ga.; a sister, Ruth Brown, Cincinnati, Ohio; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Honorary Pallbearers will be The Singing Saints of St. Jo hn Towers. Active Pallbearers will be Joshua Trahan, Matthew Trahan, Daniel Trahan, Jordan Trahan, Peter Robinson and Johnny Ruffner. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Friday evening from 6 to 9. The family will be at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Trahan, 1080 Stephens Road, North Augusta, S.C.
