Mrs. Willie Pearl Washington (DEARING, Ga.)



DEARING, Ga.- Entered into rest Thursday, April 15, 2004, at the Thomson Manor Nursing Home, Thomson, Georgia. Mrs. Willie Pearl Sellars Washington, 89, wife of the late Mr. Gusie Thomas Washington. Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 17, 2004, at 2 p.m. in the Dearing Memorial Cemetery, Dearing, Georgia, with the Rev. Mike Sutphin officiating. Mrs. Washington, a native of McDuffie County, was a homemaker and a member of Silver Run Baptist Church. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Glenda Washington, of Dearing; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, Gusie Washington, Jr. Pallbearers will be Aubrey Jones, Warren Sellars, Charles Washington, Ray Washington, Sam McNair and Frankie Richardson.
