BARNWELL, S.C.- Nancy Jeanes Tucker, 67, died Tuesday, April 13, 2004, in the Medical College of Georgia Hospital, Augusta. Born in Shaftesbury, England she was the daughter of the late Henry George Russell and Sarah Douglass Jeanes. She was a homemaker and a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m., Saturday, April 17, 2004, in Friendship Baptist Church, with the Rev. John Nixon, Dr. Ken Catoe and Rev. Bob Fredrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery (Airport). Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m., at Mole Funeral Home. Survivors include husband, Claytor Tucker of Barnwell; sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Cathy Tucker of Barnwell, Gary and Tammy Tucker of Barnwell; daughters and son-in-law, Barbara T. Muns of Barnwell, Patricia Ann Tucker of Barnwell, Susan Nancy and David Gardner of Barnwell; brother, John Jeanes of England; sisters, Joan Mehrlich of England, Ma rian Edmunds of England; grandchildren, Priscilla Towne, Tiffany Tucker, Sarah Gardner, Clay Tucker, Benjamin Gardner, and Morgan Tucker.
