AUGUSTA, Ga.- Mrs. Essie Garnett, 81, of Essie McIntyre Blvd., entered into rest Monday, April 12, 2004, at the Westwood Nursing Facility. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Survivors are three daughters, Ruby (LeRoy) Glenn, Georgia "Angie" (Millard) Byrd, Bonnie L. Young; son-in-law, Charlie Lockett; three sisters, one brother, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
