Archery

Baseball

l Family Y's youth program is holding registration from March 22-April 3 at the Wheeler Branch, 3532 Wheeler Road, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Games begin in May and are on weekday nights. For more information call Carol Clark at 738-6678.

Golf

l The Family Y and The First Tee will hold a Par Fitness Youth Golf Program for six Saturdays, starting March 20. Lacrosse

Miscellaneous

l The Area 15 Special Olympics is looking for approximately 700 volunteers to assist in a variety of tasks. Rugby

Running

l April 24: The 27th Rose City 10K, sponsored by the Thomasville YMCA and the city of Thomasville. Main event starts at 8 a.m.; a 1-mile run for runners 12 and under will begin at 9:30. The annual 5K Walk will be held April 17 at 8:30 a.m. For more information, all 229-226-9878.

Softball

l Perfect Game Softball will host an Identification Camp for players ages 13-18 at Georgia Tech on April 24.
