DENVER -- Denver Broncos offensive tackle Matt Lepsis will have a hearing Feb. 23 on charges of drunken driving and speeding following a traffic stop in December.
Spokesman Drew Grant of the Douglas County district attorney's office said Friday that sheriff's investigators are continuing to assemble the information for the case.
Lepsis was stopped by a sheriff's deputy Dec. 14 after allegedly driving 67 mph in a 55 zone.
Sheriff's Lt. Tim Moore said the deputy noticed the odor of alcohol, and a test showed Lepsis' blood-alcohol content was slightly over the legal limit of .10 percent.
