PHILADELPHIA -- Philadelphia's Derrick Coleman will miss at least six weeks after he broke his right pinkie Friday against Orlando.
It wasn't clear when Coleman was hurt, but he was flexing his hand during one of the final timeouts of the first quarter. Coleman had the finger placed in a cast.
Coleman, the 76ers 6-foot-10 forward, had been bothered all year with injuries, most recently a sprained left knee. He's missed 13 games this year and was averaging 8.7 points and 6.2 rebounds.
Kenny Thomas also left the game with a corneal abrasion in his left eye after taking an elbow from Zaza Pachulia while the two went for a rebound. Thomas writhed in pain on the court before teammates helped him to the locker room.
