Mr. Willie Williams Sr. (HEPHZIBAH, Ga.)



HEPHZIBAH, Ga.- Mr. Willie Williams, Sr. of Conniston Drive entered into rest Monday, January 19, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 24, 2004 at 2 p.m. at First Ebenezer Baptist Church with Rev. Herman Bing officiating. Mr. Williams, a native Richmond County, was a member of First Ebenezer Baptist Church. He retired from Gracewood State School and Hospital after thirty years of service. Survivors are his wife, Bessie Williams; four daughters, Veronica (Joseph) Griffin, Vontricia Williams, Vontressa Williams, Sable Williams, Hephzibah; two sons, Kalvin Williams, Willie Williams, Jr., Hephzibah; five grandchildren; three sisters, Kathleen W. Coleman, Augusta, Lula (Willie) Horton, Dorothy (Forrest) Williams, Hephzibah; five brothers, Elmo (Estella) Williams, George A. (Mary) Williams, Jr., Jessie Williams, Eugene Green, Hephzibah, Sammie Williams, Augusta; father-in-law, Arthur Lee English, Augusta; sisters-in-law, Catherine English, Annie Jones, Augusta, Eartha Green, Jacksonville, Fla.; brothers-in-law, James English, Charlie (Viola) English, Johnnie (Mary) English, Jimmie (Joann) English, Eddie English, Willie English; uncle, Tom Green, Jacksonville, Fla.; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
