Mrs. Julia Bufford (TIGNALL, Ga.)



TIGNALL, Ga.- Mrs. Julia Fortson Bufford, 79, of N. Pope St., entered into rest Thursday at Wills Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Bufford was a native of Wilkes County, was a homemaker, and was a member of Tabor Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Boyce Heard Fortson and Willie House Fortson. Graveside services will be held today at 4:30 p.m. at the Tabor Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Paul Reviere and Rev. Donnie Berry officiating. She is survived by one daughter, Vivie Ann Wilson and her husband, Bobby Wilson, of Tignall; two brothers, Boyce H. Fortson, of Danburg and Billy Fortson, of Washington; one granddaughter, Angie W. Thornton and husband, Mark Thornton, of Tignall; and her great-granddaughter, Laney Thornton, of Tignall. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tabor Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o James E.
