GRANITEVILLE, S.C.- Mrs. Annie Sue Collier Garrett, 71, of Rainbow Falls Rd., entered into rest January 13, 2004 at Doctors Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2004 at Poplar Spring Baptist Church with the Rev. Edward Lloyd officiating. Interment in the church cemetery. Mrs. Garrett, a native of McCormick County was a member of Poplar Spring Baptist Church where she was a former member of the Senior Choir Ministry and the Ushers Ministry. Survivors include her loving and devoted husband and children, Izeal Garrett; three sons, Izeal Garrett, Jr. (Janice), Sumter, S.C., Mikel E. Garrett (Ernestine) and Bearnart Garrett, Graniteville, S.C.; seven daughters, Patricia Ann Way (Jimmy), West Columbia, S.C., Mary G. Lucas (Brad), Greenville, S.C., Gloria D. Harris (Rick), Irmo, S.C., Catherine Y. Saylor (Earnest) and Debbie S. Pope (Wyman), Aiken, S.C., Zelda T. Dantzler, Cary, N.C. and Cynthia I. Bush (Tony), Cleveland, Tenn.; three sisters, Bertha Simpkins, North Augusta, S.C., Rosa Lee Santucci (Al), Bermuda, and Mary McGee (James), Detroit, Mich.; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; seven sisters-in-law; four brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
