CLEMSON, S.C. -- Senior forward Lakeia Stokes scored 23 points to lead Clemson to a 77-64 win over North Carolina State.
Stokes had 23 points, 12 rebounds and four assists to lead Clemson (12-3, 2-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) in all three categories.
N.C. State (8-9, 0-4) was led by Ashley Key, who had 18 points off the bench, including five 3-pointers.
After a close first half, Clemson took a nine-point lead in the first minute of the second half behind a jumper by Stokes and an inside score by Maggie Slosser.
The Wolfpack pulled within four at 63-59 when Key hit one of four second-half 3-pointers, but Clemson went on a 14-5 run to close out the game.
