Mrs. Dollie Yonn (EDGEFIELD, S.C.)

EDGEFIELD, S.C.- Entered into rest on Sunday, December 14, 2003, Mrs. Dollie Garnto Yonn of Edgefield, formerly of Graniteville and Gloverville, S.C., wife of Milledge G. Yonn, Sr. of Edgefield and daughter of the late John Garnto and the late Fronnie Mae Garnto Smith. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sons, Milledge G. Yonn, Jr. and Earl Yonn, both of Graniteville, David L. Yonn, of Aiken, and Robert Yonn, of Harlem, Ga.; a daughter, Debra Yonn McNeely, of Langley; a sister, Jane Norris of Winter Garden, Fla.; two brothers, Richard Garnto of Marietta, Ga. and Robert Garnto of Aiken; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Mrs. Yonn was born in Dublin, Georgia on April 20, 1928. She was a resident of Aiken County for sixty-two years prior to relocating to Edgefield County. She was retired from Graniteville Company. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Graniteville. A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, December 16 , 2003 at 1 p.m. in the Graniteville Cemetery with Rev. Charles Wilson officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:45 p.m. the day of the service. The family will receive friends at the son's residence, Earl Yonn, 70 West Avenue, Graniteville or tonight, Monday, December 15, 2003 at Napier Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Edgefield Health Care Center, # 1 W.A.
